The PTAC Base System is a complete unit, not just a PTAC louver. Our system comes complete, requiring no on-site fabrication or assembly. It can be installed in minutes by two workers. Direct, on time shipment is provided in wooden crates. Our optional window sill member provides window load support and an attractive window sill.

Easy installation is accomplished with nail fins. A receptor installation system is also available. Installation framing requires only a door-type rough opening. Our system does not require a separate rough opening for the PTAC sleeve. The Benchmark PTAC System eliminates leak potential. A full width 3/4-inch high subsill is provided to bring moisture in the system, from condensate or any other source, back to the exterior.

All finish options are available with custom finish and grill ornamentation.

The PTAC Base System is designed and constructed for flexibility. Our system accommodates all PTAC manufacturers. Our PTAC base design accomodates numerous window manufacturers and sizes, including, but not limited to, General Aluminum, Milgard, Thermal, and Crystal Windows.
